Good 144hz 24'' monitor under $300

Hi there!
Since my old monitor just died, I am looking to upgrade myself to 144hz monitor. For the past two days I am reading reviews and I can't seem to have a clear choice. I am stuck between the following monitors:
BenQ ZOWIE XL2411P
AOC G2460PF
Asus VG248QE
If you have any other suggestions feel free to share.

I own both the XL2411P and the VG248QE and honestly they are both really good, if you are looking to buy one right now just buy the cheaper of those two right now.
