Good 330W GPU; Intel i5 660, Gigabyte 333

Hello forums. I'm trying to find a good graphics card thats not super expensive for my compy. As said in the title, running a Gigabyte 333 motherboard, Intel i5 660, 4GB ram. Also, I'm not super techy, so sorry if I'm not including something that should be included here.

Question too: Would it just be better to upgrade my PS and get something that needs more power from it? I'm mostly looking for something that will run Borderlands 2 better, and some MOBA games for over the summer.

330W, the best you can do is a 7750.

Do you have a max budget in mind? And what resolution do you want to run and at what quality?

Don't all of the 7750s require at least PCI 3.0? I'm pretty sure my mobo only supports 2.0.

They work in all PCIe x16 slots.

Gotcha. And to be honest, I really don't care about resolution or quality. I was playing League of Legends on absolutely the lowest setting, lowest quality, windowed mode, and I was still getting max 15 FPS, which is absolute crap. All I'm looking for is to be able to run it at low-medium setting, with it not being glitchy. As far as price goes, I'd like to spend under $130, but I also realize I probably won't be able to get a good graphics card for that.

Well, I've led you guys astray. I decided to just run to Mwave and double check what I actually purchased and here it is.

Its weird because I did look at my PSU the other day, and I swear it said 330W on it. So it looks like I don't need to worry about that power restriction. Now I do worry that I may need a better cooling supply. I'm still only running that 80mm fan on it.

Well I hate to burst your happy moment but Logisys was one of those crap power supplies I was referring to. You asked earlier whether you should just buy a new psu and card. I would. Buy Seasonic, XFX, Corsair or Antec. I would not trust a new card to the Logisys power supply.

While Logisys basically suck, you should still be able to use the Radeon HD 7750 without any issues. With peak power consumption of 43w just about any average 300w PSU should have no problems with that card.

The Logisys? Well it will be at least as good as an average 300w PSU. However, if you decided to install a more powerful graphics card later on, then I recommend you buy a good quality PSU as well. Some good brands have been mentioned above. Others are Delta, FSP (Fortron Source), Enermax, PC Power & Cooling.
