Not enough. This might be better. I missed the part about the headers. My bad.

Will you be planning to overclock on this? At 60 bucks it's going to be nearly impossible to meet all of your criteria as the majority of FM2+ boards under sixty bucks are micro-ATX boards and just don't have a lot of features as they're designed for more minimal builds. Can you go a bit higher on the budget?
