This is what I have right now does it look fairly well balanced (is around $700) I wanted a good upgrade path and decent performance thanks for taking a look

Why i made the changes:

You don't need a Z97 motherboard on a locked CPU - wasting money
PSU is not one of the most reliable and wattage is too much for your needs
GPU to CPU balance was wrong - you can even go with a 290 on that CPU but that totally exceeded your budget.
