The list is good except for the psu. Cooler Master dont generally make good psu's and the gx series is not any better

That cx600 from newegg is a steal for the price if you send your mail in rebate which is $32 off the base price. Plus, 600W would allow for more than enough overclocking headroom and future gpu upgrades
http://

Also I dont recommend you get any lower than a 500W psu for your system

I don't like rebates very much because they have cheated me so that's why I went with a Coolermaster PSU its the best 80+ Bronze certified I've found in my budget

Thats a much better psu and I would also recommend it. The fx8320 is also good

BUT stay far away from that msi board. It has a history of vrm failures that msi havent seem to get right with their AMD boards. Plus, it has trouble accepting 125W processors like the 8320

Also the ram is way too expensive. Stick with the Adata, its good and cheap

And since the hawx and gaming (talking about the gpu) are basically the same price, go with the hawx since it is more suited for overclocking

I suggest you stick with the previous list

but go with this psu instead

or if you can stretch your budget

Here's my $700 top suggestion (680 if you bother with rebates and 700 if you don't i believe)

has the fx-8320, good first motherboard/cooler with possibility of crossfire in the future if you wish, good enough RAM and a PSU that is big enough to handle some OCing. Should get decent benchmarks on games as well because although MSI's mobos are a bit poor on occasion their gpu's are solid.
