may i ask is a cooler master hyper 212 evo can get better idle/gaming/edting on fx8350? or im need to buy cooler master nepton 240m?

Solution

If you simply not going to OC you don't need to pay crazy amount for a cooler, though the stock heatsink is fine, i still recommend hyper 212 evo or cryorig h7 ,AMD runs hotter generally , it is good to have a aftermarket heatsink for it.
im not going oc,mostly i use for hard gaming and multitasking ,so which is good between hyper series? because it was too much at cooler master page for hyper series

You can get a cheaper single radiator liquid cooler that would still outperform most air coolers.

Hyper 212 evo is a good budget cooler. There is Cryorig H7, which gave better cooling results than famous air-cooler noctua NH-D14.
Very high price to performance ratio, i personally wouldn't recommend liquid cooling over air cooling, and nepton is not worth the money over Cryorig h7.

Review and cooling results.

Yeah if not OCing then you really are fine with a Evo 212. No need to spend any more.
