Don't get a 120mm AIO cooler, They are on par with the 212 evo. I only recommended the 212 evo if you didn't want to OC, Otherwise Cryorig of Noctua coolers are very good, though I'm not sure about the prices for Canada.
If you want to overclock the i7-6700k you will need a good air cooler / AIO / custom loop, I would say Air Cooler is the best bet. Anyways Cryorig makes great air coolers from cheap to expensive. I have the Cryorig r1 universal and have my 6700k at 4.8ghz at 1.3v so I got pretty lucky but still that's a nice performance boost just from my cooler. So not overclocking it I don't recommend.
If you absolutely don't want to overclock then a cheap Heat sink will do very good, Like the 212 evo. Can't go wrong with a 212 evo.
Higher end Heat sinks I'd suggest Cryorig , Noctua-D15 is a good one to.
also make sure you have a motherboard capable of overclocking it, Any z170 motherboard / z270 motherboard.
No point in getting a 6700k if you don't want to OC. Really OCing a 6700k is harmless and painless. Just bump the multiplier up to 45 and call it a day.

Will a 212 evo be enough? I don't see the cryorig h5 on amazon.ca its just not there for some reason.

I mean it would be OK, but taking Skylakes flagship processor and putting an economy cooler on it seems pointless. I'd get something better than a 212...

Ok what would you suggest other than the cryorig. found it and its 200 CAD on amazon.ca I wouldn't be opposed to closed loop water cooling. what about the corsair h55?
