Looking for a good air cpu cooler for this build. Budgeting up to $100 for the cooler, although $50 is my goal. Noise isn't a huge issue, performance is the key here. Hydro bearing is preferrable. Suggestions?

Cryorig H7 would be my suggestion. If you want to go for a bit more OCing muscle (and luckily your RAM is under the 35mm limit), the Cryorig H5 Ultimate. Either should run you less than $60 USD.
