Good Air CPU Heatsink for Asus X99 E-WS

Hello dear people.

I just bought an Asus X99 E-WS

and I need to buy a CPU air heatsink. I do not want to buy a water cooling system.

Can anybody please recommend me a good air cpu heatsink that does not block the PCI slot 1 and can be installed with 32mm height ram memory?

Hi woody, I would say around £ 70. But I could stretch a bit.

It's pretty huge, but it shouldn't block the first PCIe slot. Just make sure you have a large amount of CPU cooler clearance!

Wow.. I think that is what I was looking for. Is the first dual fan heat think that dosent look will block the PCI slot. I was thinking on getting the Noctua NH D15s but It has only 1 fan.

The Noctua NH D15S is a smaller version of the NHD15 and it only features 1 fan. I wanted to get the NH D15 but the noctua website warns about compatibility issues with the Asus X99 WS because it will block the first PCI Slot .

Thanks Woody. I will order it now then . Now the hardest decision : "Pick the colour" xD . I saw this picture on the review and it makes be feel a bit more relaxed
