Are you wanting an Intel or AMD-based build? If it doesn't matter, might as well go with Joe's build. If you don't have an SSD my preference is for the WD Caviar Black, which is faster.

I'd go for the 300r and then a better power supply, but that's just me. It's a nice build though.
