Good AM2+ Motherboard?

I have a Phenom II x4 3.0GHz 940 processor. My current motherboard is insufficient for this processor - ECS 740GM-M
I wanted to get some opinions on which board I should upgrade to. I do need one with at least one PCI-E x16 expansion.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, I'm unsure of myself when it comes to motherboards.

Yes, I already have the DDR2 memory. The processor is AM2+, so AM3+ isn't an option. A board with both AM3/AM2+ support would work, but I haven't been able to find a decent one.

Sorry, I almost forgot about this thread.
I went with that motherboard and an Antec water cooling kit, so I won't have to worry about upgrading my cooling later when I upgrade my processor.
