Good and bad fan splitter?

I want to know if there's good and bad fan splitters, because I bought some for really cheap price.

Well really all fan splitters are standard connectors with 2 wires soldered on instead of 1. So really there's no threat to your hardware unless they're done super poorly and something shorts which I suppose could damage something but these look to be quite good quality and shouldn't pose any problems for you.
But if you want to be super sure you could go for known brand splitters from gelid or BitFenix e.t.c
