Im making a new computer, and as my first build I'm not looking to spend much on it. The thing is that I want to make it possible to upgrade later on easily. So im looking for a full sized ATX z97 motherboard that isn't specifically the best at overclocking but can get the job done, with 4+ Sata 6mb/s ports and sli support. My budget is up to 120$, but i'd love it if i could save some money. I have an Intel processor and a gtx 970. Thanks.

Sorry for the hassle, but how many cade/cpu fan headers does it have?

Think you might have misread that. The Z97-E is an ATX board not E-ATX.

So it's an atx board? Hmm. I think I'm sticking with the corsair then. I'm already aware that a better cpu cooler than stock is needed for a stable over clock, and I'm quite informed in all the tips and things needed for a build, but it wouldn't hurt to ask what some tips for a first time builder are. Do you guys recommend anything?
