No need to upgrade CPU motherboard PSU etc. Just add more Storage and RAM down the lane as per the requirement and it will work best. As you will be doing video editing on this PC no need of high or medium end graphics card. This will boost your render time to large extent and the job will be done in comparatively very less time.
