Well, it is air compressor, designed to inflate car tires. If your plan is to use it as regular air compressor, to blow out dust within your PC, it does work. However, it's not designed for that and it's lifespan can be much shorter due to improper use.

Plus you'll probably find it very unsatisfactory, it likely won't deliver a strong enough blast of air to shift stubborn dust around PC components.
Canned compressed air designed for PC cleaning (eg "5 Star Air Duster") is the right tool for the job -- good strong blast with straw attached.

I know it's an on-going cost to keep buying it but you only need to use it a couple of times a year.
