Good and semi cheap CPU Cooler

Hey ! Can you people recommend me any good and semi cheap CPU coolers ? (I'm not in for liquid cooling tho it would be sweet)

Any of the all in one options from Corsair are good for water options, I have a h100i GTX personally but expect to pay around $80 for their medium sized option the h80i. Aside from that, in air coolers the Hyper 212 Evo is a good cooler for cheap or theres the Cryorig H7 which seems to be a favorite around here.
