Good android tablet around 300$

Im mostly a pc hardware guy, do you guys have any suggestions.
Battery life is important the tablet is mainly for my kid.

What about the Teclast X98 Pro, its a dual boot tablet ( can switch from windows (yes it activated) and android) and its got a powerful quad core intel cpu and the battery life is decent, its also got a ultra HD panel so the veining experiences are phenomenal.
