Good Animated GIF Viewer?

Hello, I'm looking for a free image viewer that can view animated GiFs and I rather not use IE for that purpose. Tried using the default Windows Photo Viewer but it only shows the first still of the gif. Is there anything out there like the default Viewer that can zoom in and the like?
