Question Good audio mixer

Okay so i am completely new to all this and i have never used a mixer, i saw my friend who could loopback what he said and changed his voice and made wierd sound effects and alot of funny stuff, and i told him how he did it and he told me had a yamaha mg12xu. I can now see how expensive it is, as i have just bought a rode nt1a and i only have 260$ left and i would like to buy a mixer that is able to do what his could. Voice changer, sound effects, and hopefully a voice loopback thingy. (What i mean by loopback, is being able to say for example ''hello'' and he can repeat it just by pressing a button).

The other MG models are pretty similar, but not sure if you can do loops built in, don't see it in the specs of them. Send Yamaha support an email see what they say. The 10XU is about 100 cheaper but it has less features.
