Good/ Bad PSU?

I am about to build my first pc and i chose this PSU but the problem i have is that if i look at online reviews like amazon they say that its great etc but then when i come to a website like here everyone thinks that its rubbish, so who is right and who i wrong here?

Edit: nvm found the link. Unfortunately that PSU isn't on the THW review list.

That should be fine the minimum recommended is 400w for the entire system, so I can see why someone recommended starting at 500w, but the 860k and a GT 740 wont pull nearly that much
95w TDP CPU + 64w TDP GPU = 159 + other components and turbo boosting should put you probably max pull of 250-300w if not less.
