I’d get a better motherboard for a 12 core CPU. DDR 3600 is a must. Don’t use 4 sticks of RAM. Get a decent power supply, especially for that top end hardware. Intel 660p cheaper than WD black.

What are you really after?
I ask, because:

+ 2080Ti in the part picker list, doesn't go together...

Yeah i shoulda phrased it a little differently. I meant I'm aiming for as high end as possible, without worrying about bling dollars for like RGB etc if that makes sense.

Thank you for the reply, good suggestions all around, especially on the intel 660p drive.

Few changes. Improved quality of the build without going much higher on price.

2080Ti is a VERY good card, but, darned expensive for it's level of improvement over a 2080 or even a 2070 Super...; but, if you need 144 fps at 1440P, for some games that might be the only card capable of it....
Consider it to only be 15-20% more expensive over RTX2080 Super package while giving 35%+ more performance. Which is worth the expenditure. Don't see as spending the money only for the card but consider it as a part of package(which it is). If one is upgrading one component at a time then I would take price of RTX2080Ti into consideration and call it bit over priced. In a package it is not over priced at all.
