Good, budget 144HZ gaming monitor?

I currently own a single Samsung 24" monitor. Its only 60hz and I am looking to upgrade to 2 monitors, for streaming and other things. I would use the new one as gaming monitor. It should be 144hz and I would really enjoy a DisplayPort connection. It should be 24" to fit with my first monitor, and 1080p would be sufficient. My budget is around 175 Euros (about 240 USD). Any suggestions?
