good budget 4k monitor for media such as netflix?

the title pretty much explains it all im looking for a good 4k monitor in the range off 28 = 32 inch
ill be using this for watching movies and tv shows

yea the family pack thing streams some shows in 4k and they will start adding more

4k isn't really necessary at that kind of screen size. You wont notice anything if you are coming from 1080p. You are better off waiting for OLEDs to come down in price.

If you're only going to use it to stream Netflix, it might be hard to notice the changes, in games you will notice, but might not be so noticeable in movies. It will if you get a TV that has upscaling feature, but without that, it might be difficult to see the difference.
