This would be better, rather use MSI or asrock for the B350s, as the power stuff from asus looks a bit disappointing on B350 series.
 
This one's also over budget by $35 but it is also a more powerful.

Changes? 6GB 1060 instead of 3GB.

1500X quad core instead of 6100 dual core.

250GB SSD instead of a 120GB SSD.

Removed the Cryorig. The 1500X includes its own cooler. You can always upgrade later like you said you will.

Gold rated PSU instead of bronze.
