Id say the Creative SB Inferno is the best headset in your range, its sound is great and its mic is great. Another option would be the Plantronics Gamecom 380/388,(the 388 just has newer looks). Both headsets are pretty equal, its up to you for which one you like.

The monitor is probably going to be what you want to sink the most cash into. It is a monitor that one of my friends have and it is a beauty. I actually have a later model then the one I put up there and I still love it! The headset is nice though I don't have one it looks great. The keyboard is extremely cheap and is definitely a budget one. If you have a low budget I would go for that one however if you have a higher one go for something much better then that one. It has good tactile feedback and the numbers and letters are not very clear when the keyboard is not lit up (when would you not want it lit up though?) and it has a wired mouse. However it has three mouse sensitivity options and has deep key wells.

Though to really give you an estimation I would need your price range on everything 😛
