I have a tight budget and I have look into building this:

INTEL PENTIUM G3220
GSKILL RIPJAWS X 2x4GB
PALIT GTX750 TI StormX Dual 2GB
WESTERN 1TB BLUE

What's left is the motherboard. And I've been seeing a lot of talks about PCIE thing, but I don't have a single idea what does those mean. I mean are they like USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 that differs from performance? Please help me get good budget motherboard for my graphics card that will work perfectly with its specs. What's this PCIE Generations means? I think I can only afford H81 and B85 mobos.

Solution
Rather than getting the 750Ti, get an R7 260X. They tend to trade blows as far as performance goes in games, and the 260X can be over £40 cheaper!

I would then use the extra money to get a Pentium G3258 and an MSI H81M-P33 motherboard. It's probably your best bet with the money:

CPU: Intel Pentium G3258 3.2GHz Dual-Core Processor (£50.88 @ Amazon UK)
Motherboard: MSI H81M-P33 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard (£32.36 @ Scan.co.uk)
Memory: Kingston Fury Black Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory (£46.45 @ Amazon UK)...
