Good Budget Motherboard

I am looking for a good Mini-ITX motherboard for my mini-gaming pc build. I decided to go Mini-ITX because I really don't need the extra features that an ATX motherboard provides. As long as it can get the job done, it works for me. These are the specs I need...
-I want something that will not bottleneck the rest of my build.
-I need it to last a few years.
-I will be doing SLIGHT overclocking with the i5k processor - nothing too extreme.
-It needs to have built in wifi that is decent.
-I want an all black look to fit in with my build. If possible, no other colors should be seen except for maybe gold.
-Needs to be compatible with my build.

So far these are the motherboards I am looking at: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130696 | http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157374 | http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128615&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

My Build (Any recommendations would be great!):

Also, I will be using the stock Intel CPU cooler, there needs to be some sort of room for that.

What is this budget you speak of?

Should have mentioned, sorry. By budget I meant something that isn't that much more expensive than the Gigabyte mobo currently in the build. Something no more than $150.

Why wouldn't it be compatible? It's Mini-ITX and supports 4th gen CPUs. Link: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128615&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID= The one that you sent me is 3rd gen, that's not compatible.

Thanks for looking. I'm still a little bit unsure about the motherboard. I really like the Gigabyte motherboard the most. However the positioning of the fan sockets and i/o port sockets looks to be the opposite of where the case put the cables. What do you think?
