Good budget power supply

I was orginally going to purchase a corsair cx430, but was told it had cheap capacitors. So is an evga 430 watt power supply a good choice. If not, do you know any good power supplies of the same price range?

Get this one then way better quality and cheaper. look at the 1st link i posted you will see that this one is in higher tier than cx430

Try to look into an Antec, seasonic, XFX, or EVGA (B2 G2 or GS) unit, they are much better quality.
