GTX 760, any bottleneck with i5 2320?

And how is this (my current) build:
i5 2320
Intel DH61WWB3
msi GTX 760 TF 2 GB
WD Caviar Green 500 GB HDD 5400 RPM (is 5400 enough?)
8 gb ram @ 1333 MHz
Thermaltake Toughpower Gold 650w

Rate out of 10 for gaming? Will be using 1080p monitor (28")

Thanks in advance. Please no foul comments. If you give a low rating, please state the reasons.

In an Intel build, your RAMs speed is not that big of a deal ... AMD needs the extra bandwidth of faster RAMs with tighter timings. Your CPU is fine.

That 5400rpm 'Green' drive will load really slow compared to modern drives, though. If you are looking to spend some cash, that would be the place.
