Good build for $450? i7-3770 / 16 GB / GTX 960 4GB

My friend wants to buy a system so that he can play games and twitch stream. The games that he wishes to play are: Fortnite / Mindcraft / Roblox. He does not want to build the PC, and rather buy it. So is this a good deal for the money?

Cooler: H60 liquid Cooler (Corsair)
MOBO: Z68 Pro3 Gen3 Ram: HyperX OC 16gb
GPU: GTX 960 (4gb) Gigabyte Windforce
HDD: 1TB WD Blue PSU: TX750 (750watt) with white cable mods Case: IBuypower

For the money you won't be able to build anything better so I'd say it's reasonably priced, maybe offer $400 cash as the CPU is a bit dated.

Yea WildCard999 is right the i7-3770 is a bit dated however it is the processor that i run with my build that i am currently typing to you on and i can confirm it is still worth the price. Only issues are if he wants to stream a game like fortnite he may need to turn his stream graphics settings down otherwise his encoding will overload. However the performance in game of the CPU is great i play fortnite around medium-high settings and paired with my 8GB RAM and 4GB VRAM GTX 1050Ti it can run consistently over 100fps even while streaming just be careful about the i7-3770 it isn't the greatest for streaming
