The CPU Cooler included with the Ryzen 5 2600 is better than the one you've added afterwards, you don't need to buy a CPU cooler. The one that's included is fine. Power supply is rather average aswell. Are you sure you'd take a 1TB SSD instead of a 3-4TB HDD? That's up to you. 1TB worth of SSD is quite a bit of money.
