Good build for gaming? $800 Gaming PC AMD Build.

I have a AMD build, it is about $803, build is here http://pcpartpicker.com/user/IAmMatt907/saved/2m3j how do I use the Mail In Rebate, is there a option when your ordering, or do you have to send something back in? Or what? I don't know how to use a mail in rebate, and that's what is saving my wallet from being absolutely empty... Please help! Is the build good for these games on high/ultra on 720p?

You mail in a mail in rebate, then you wait MONTHS and maybe get back a prepaid visa gift card or something like that. I don't use rebates as they take FOREVER and don't always even work.
