Good build for gaming? i3 6100 RX 470 8GB vs GTX 1060 3GB

Is it good build for 720/768p gaming on max. settings with 60fps? https://www.morele.net/inventory/info/L8mmVO/ it costs 523 GBP
or maybe go for i3 6100 GTX 1060 3GB
I want to play GTA V, The Withcher 3 and more new games
Maybe you've got suggestions?

The rx 470 will do fine on 720/768. The 470 is a 1080p card so it wont have problems at 720/768p
