Good build for gaming in 1440p

I plan on playing games in 1440p. I know I need more ram. I plan on overclocking and streaming.http://

Holy... That's a super unbalanced build. Lets break it down.

1) Too expensive cooler, you can get a better or equal for much less if you look at air coolers from Noctua.
2) Slow SSD, if you can't afford a M.2 one, try to get the EVO 850 at least.
3) Weak and kinda insecure PSU, also has too little wattage. Try to grab something with at least 650W if you wanna overclock.
4) You definitely need more RAM, get them as a 2x8 kit.

With that solved, you'll have a little monster and be able to play about anything @1440p. Although i'd aim for the 1080 with that budget, the 1070 Ti should suffice.
