Good build for Rs50000

Hey guys I need a good build under Rs 50000 (approx 980$)
I thought of an A10 5800k xfire with 6670 which seemed good enough but I want your recommendations too.
Preferences-
Don't need cabinet, monitor and os. I however need an ssd (60 gb is fine or greater if possible, but just as boot drive.) any a good cpu cooler.

I'm leaning towards socket am3+ as 1155 has reached eol.
Won't be reusing any parts except hardrives
Will buy soon in mid Feb

Asus sabertooth 990fx r2.0
gSkill 1866 ram
Corsair tx750m
Sapphire HD 7870 or 7950
Nzxt phantom 410
CPU cooler I don't know please suggest a good one from those sites
And 50000 rs is 926.74 $
A bit more than that is OK

nah not intel . 1155 is going in June , no future upgrading possible
ill go with amd. ok os now is hyper 212 evo enough for a 4.5 ghz o'c on a 8350 ?

u can get the 920 or the h80i if u prefer, got what was in ur budget
