Good build? Opinions?

Well i threw this together on pcpartpicker and i was wondering if it was good for the money. Also, will the H100i and all of the fans fit in the case? Thanks

The build looks OK for the money. The case lists support for a 240mm radiator, so the H100i shouldn't be a problem. I don't know why you would need the extra three case fans. I would go down to the FX-8320 and drop the extra fans. You will easily be able to overclock an FX-8320 to about the same level as a FX-8350. The CX 600 isn't a great PSU. Take some of the money saved on the CPU downgrade to upgrade to a higher quality PSU like the modular SeaSonic M12II 620 Bronze. I would also go with faster RAM than 1333MHz. 1866MHz RAM would be a good choice. G.Skill Sniper Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory

Gave you a mobo that's worth putting a 8350 and a h100i on.

Changed RAM to higher frequency and lower price.

Changed GPU to a more appropriate card. Unless you want to SLI later, the 4gb version of the card is not needed.

Changed the case. This case is amazing, $120 case going for $80 right now. Which is about how much your other case plus the fans, which this case won't need, would have costed. Since corsair makes both the cooler and the case, there is a nice slot up top where the cooler mounts and hides away.

Swapped out the PSU to a better one and a more cheap one that will work for you.
