Good build under $500?

I need a PC under or around $500 that can play HD video with no lag or stutter on two displays. I do not intend to play games on it.

At first, I was looking through prebuilds like the HP p7-1380t or this CyberPower but I realized they were overpriced.

I went ahead and put together a bunch of parts to build by myself.

Anything I need to add or change to this build? And the sata cables do come with the parts right?

You will usually get SATA cables with the motherboard.

I would suggest an A10-5800K over an i5. CPU power is still more than enough for the usage, it's cheaper and has much better integrated graphics which can be useful for this stuff.

EDIT: Also, you could easily make this build smaller. Would that be preferable?

Just an idea. Has an i3 which is still more than you will need and a dedicated GPU in case you ever decide to do anything more than watch HD video.

Ok thanks... I heard Corsair RAM were better that's why I chose that.

It is about 4x better than integrated GPU. The i3 will be plenty for playing videos.

The HD 7750 is in a totally different league to the integrated graphics, probably more than 4x better. Also, that G.Skill RAM isn't anywhere near low profile. Possibly slightly lower than Corsair Vengeance but not really low profile.

You don't need something better than the i5 for that. Even an i3 could be considered overkill for this usage. I'd suggest an i3-3225 or A10-5800K. Both have much better integrated graphics than the i5, especially the A10.

Get an hd 6670 and an AMD fx-6300.
