So I've been saving up for a new PC for gaming and Streaming and I wanted to do a beefy rig and i was wondering if this build would be a good one.

Plan is to do 4k but I'll wait on that and games like the new Call of Duty coming out, cyberpunk, and other bigger gamesI can't tell if you are trolling or not, but most stuff is significantly over-spent.
gaming resolution and fps requirements?
what games?
Also trying to get over 100fps on those gamesI can't tell if you are trolling or not, but most stuff is significantly over-spent.

So will i need a CPU cooler or is the stock Cooler for AMD better? You have absolutely no need for 64gb ram. 16gb is plenty, with 32gb being ok for a bit of longevity. Lots of overspending. This is significantly cheaper, with no loss in gaming performance.

Cause i dont know much about water coolingWith your budget, I would go with aftermarket cooling. You will get higher/more consistent boost clocks, and a quieter experience.
But they do have a limited lifespan before failure. Sometimes 2-3 years, sometimes longer. An AIO is maintenance free, so you don't have to do anything with it.
