Spending too many days trying to deal with S9 dropped frames problem.

Has anyone been down this road and found a capture program that makes
compatible problem free captures that can be edited in S9??

Thanks for any help!

for analog source and tv-card capture: Try virtualvcr (and the Huffyuv or
Picvideo Mjpeg codec)!

S9 should be able to load and AVI DV file that has been captured in
Type 2 video.
There's Ulead Video Studio 7
Microsoft Movie Maker 2. Save the video as a DV AVI file.
There is also a good freeware AVI capture program called Win DV. you
can find it at www.dvdrhelp.com (scroll down and click on Tools).

It's not good when S9 owners have to look for other program to full
the gap.
