Good case fan to pull hot air out?

I have no rear case fan and hot air is just building up.
Is Cooler Master JetFlo 120 a decent one? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103191

How do I know if the fan will pull cool air in or hot air out, or do I have to configure it to do so?

usually fans have pointers like this --> marked on them to point the rotation and air flow direction.

So I just place it in the direction I want and plug into PSU?

yes man. if doesnt have any, you must determine the airflow direction after installing, worst case scenario is that you will have to reverse mount the fan you can plug on mothrboard on chassis_fan
