Question Good Case Fans w/ Lighting

Looking for some good case fans with lighting, pairing it with the phanteks enthoo pro m, prioritizing the aesthetics and lighting, also would like it to be not too loud. Not sure how many I need when also using the pre-installed case fans, would get them from newegg in bundles and shipped overseas to HK. It would be nice if the fan prices are kept under $20 per fan.

Also, some things to know about fan configurations would be nice as this is a first time build.

Are you looking for one solid color or multicolor? If you are looking for one solid color you may want to take a look at these

120mm, and very cheap for 3 of them, they aren't very loud and have done me well. I really like the look of them.

These are what they look like from the intake side (top and left) ignore the one on the top right, it's a different type.

If you are looking for quality, and don't need the lighting, look at Noctuas. Fast and super quiet.

Look at these maybe if you want actual RGB, Corsair makes good fans.
