Good case for me?(100-150)

I'm having trouble choosing a case and I was hoping you could help me. I'm looking for a case around 100$(max 150) with good airflow and cable management since I'll use this pc mainly for gaming. I need something that will be able to fit an atx motherboard and a gtx 970. Also I won't be overclocking so space for a cpu cooler isn't an important factor. Finally, do you suggest buying more fans?

fractal design define r4 black pearl. good quality, cable management, good airflow with options to add more fans, specializes in running silent. but dont take my work for it, check it out yourself:

The nzxt h440 is $120 and has a lot of cable management. It also has a fan blowing directly at the gpu which is good. This case looks sleek and sexy too
