Currently, I am thinking of getting the Fractal Design Define S.
BUT Should I get a corsair 400c or Phanteks Eclipse Series P400S Silent or Phanteks Enthoo PRO M instead? Or anything, that is better, for like maybe 30 dollars more?

im a sucker for basements in cases they just make things look so much better. I would say for my taste the corsair or the phanteks p400s would be for me. as for build your not really getting much more for what your paying. just a name 😀

I think my build is pretty good for less than $2000 CAD, and thanks.

I would agree your build is good. if anything i would just up the cpu to an i7 if you can idk if you need 8 fans from a company i know nothing about. but hey awesome build man cant wait to see it

All of the cases you listed are quite good and comparable in terms of quality. If you're looking for airflow and quietness stick with the Define S. Having 8 case fans does sound excessive. I've never seen any build that would require that many fans, plus you'll have noise and cable management issues. I would strongly suggest choosing a different PSU. Not any reputable reviews on that model, and Raidmax has been know to produce some of the worst power supplies made. An EVGA B2 550 watt or larger would be a good solid choice for your build. The rest of the build is stellar.
