Good cheap 120mm fans (gelid silent 12, arctic f12 ZG3 120TL)

I am looking into making my pc quieter and for my first step I will get some new case fans as they are the loudest part of my system. I would like to find something under £7 in the UK.
I have done a bit of research, but manufactures specs aren't much to go by with fans.
So far my candidates are:
Gelid Silent 12
Arctic cooling F12
Zaward golf fan g3 (ocuk tech labs version, ZG3 120TL)

Does anyone have an opinion on any of these fans, or have another to recommend?

Fan noise increases proportionally with speed. You should consider adding a fan controller to your setup. That way, you could module the speed of the fans depending on how your using your system (set high speed when gaming then set low speed for internet browsing).

I like deepcool fans because of material they made of. It's a soft plastic that reduces noise.

The Gelids are good fans, I have a pair in my Hadron case and they work well, and are pretty quiet considering their price.
