Good cheap peripherals for 2014

I'm looking for some good cheap gaming peripherals to go with my first pc build.

also if possible I am looking for a headphones/mic, keyboard, and mouse that somewhat match.

cheap is relative. what is your actual budget for everything?

what features do you want/need?

I'm looking for under $30 for the mouse and around $50 for the keyboard (I'v decided to wait on the headphones).
Also I've been thinking of going extremely cheap on my peripherals and upgrade later on, what do you think?
