Hi, i've chosen all the parts for my pc but i'm struggling with choosing my power supply
the pc parts i chose are

GPU - GTX 1060 6GB
CPU - Ryzen 5 1600
Motherboard - AB350M pro4
Memory - G.skill Ripjaws V series 2x 4GB 3200 mhz DDR4
Storage - Western Digital 1tb hard drive
Kingston SSD 120gb
Case - NZXT S340

According to PCpartpicker these components will need atleast 282w to power the rig.

(Sorry if i messed up my english english isn't my native langauge.)

Yes, that will be enough and it is a really good PSU.
Seasonic gets my vote as well, I've owned 3 over the years and each one has been phenomenal (my current one being a prime titanium series). But they're not the cheapest. I understand the reason for most people wanting to save money on the PSU, but it's a critical component of your overall system and you never want to go too cheap.

Corsair also tends to get very high marks, but I have had no personal experience with them. They would likely be a little cheaper than the seasonic. If you're looking under $70, Corsair would be my choice then EVGA behind that. Anything under $30 I'd avoid, chances are it won't be name-brand and likely used cheap parts with potential of damaging your system.

Located in the netherlands and my budget is around 800 euros

The Bitfenix Whisper M 450 is a great PSU (quiet, modular, great performance and build quality) for €78: https://tweakers.net/pricewatch/651553/bitfenix-whisper-bwg450m.html
You can find the Bitfenix Formula 450, which is the same quality but non modular, for €62: https://tweakers.net/pricewatch/1112039/bitfenix-formula-gold-450w.html
Or the Seasonic Focus Gold 450 which is a little less quality (still pretty good. Based on the EVGA GS) and semi modular: https://tweakers.net/pricewatch/1117319/seasonic-focus-gold-450w.html

If none of those fit in your budget look for the be Quiet Pure Power 10 400w, Corsair CX450 or CX450M for ~€50.
