Good choise for GTA V?

I have the FX6100 @4ghz and 8GB ram 1600mhz. Im looking to buy a Asus HD 6950 2GB to play GTA V on medium graphics. It's a used card and im getting it for 40 euros. I will flash the 6970 bios. Will this be good for GTA V 1080p on medium?

For medium yes and OC would also help
