i3 wont impress in that benchmark since it does favor multithreaded monstrosities. Whenever you are asking if your pc is good , thats another matter then.
So the question would be: Does your PC does everything you need from it?
IF yes then goto Happyland , IT is good for you, therefore does Cinebench score really matter?
IF no then lets talk improvements and your budget. xD
well i have noticed some shutters and fps drops when heavy use but then again i don't have an ssd or a nvme, only my hdd
And a SSD over a HDD is a mayor improvement in itself. And its quite affordable these days too. Just beware the downsides of SSDs.
edit: A 1060 shouldnt stutter or framedrop and a i3 in games does ..ok..still. , take a look at smart values of your hdd , just in case.
Nvme first. There u ll see instant and meaningful improvement. Then if required, look at the cpu, i5 9500 or 9600 at least, and if budget permits, memory upgrades. 8gb ain't much these days.i think it's best if i buy an nvme then or do you think i should upgrade my i3 to an i5 9400?
