Good compatable build ?

Hey guys I'm about the build my first pc and I'm on a budget (1000 euro and i already came up with this build) . I want your opinion and to tell if all the parts are compatible

MOBO - ASROCK Z170 PRO4
CPU - INTEL CORE I5-6600K
CPU COOLER - Hyper EVO 12
GPU - GIGABYTE GEFORCE GTX 1070 WINDFORCE 2X GV-N1070WF2OC-8GD
PSU - CORSAIR VS SERIES VS650 650W CP-9020098-EU (Bronze)
RAM - KINGSTON HYPERX FURY DIMM 8GB HX421C14FB2/8 (2166Mhz)
HDD - WESTERN DIGITAL WD BLUE 1TB (7200RPM) WD10EZEX
CASE - COOLER MASTER N300 NSE-300-KKN1
Total cost 2086 BGN = 1042 Euros

Everything looks compatible. Avoid the Corsair VS series psus though as they're not very good. It's important to get a GOOD psu. If you need to save some money, get the regular i5 6600 or even the i5 6500 and possibly a H170 motherboard.

Can you recoomend a PSU ?

XFX PRO SERIES FULL WIRED EDITION 550W will this be good and sufficient ?

550w would be fine, but shop in the 550-750w range because the price is similar.

And 1 last question: ASROCK H170 PRO4S and I5 6600 (non K) with the listed above parts are still compatible ? And will i be able to OC the GPU on H170 mobo ?

Yes the i5 6600 and H170 is compatible and yes you can oc your video card on it.
