Good Compatable PC Build?

Solution
Everything is compatible, but it's a lousy PSU model. This would be much better for the money:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD Athlon X4 860K 3.7GHz Quad-Core Processor ($68.89 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: ASRock FM2A88X PRO3+ ATX FM2+ Motherboard ($56.70 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory ($43.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($49.49 @ OutletPC)
Case: NZXT Source 210 (White) ATX Mid Tower Case ($35.10 @ SuperBiiz)

That has faster memory with the same latency, for less money, and a much better power supply.
